OJS 3 User's Guide: Copyeditors

• Must do copyediting outside of OJS
  • Click on linked title to download the file
• Consult with the author using the Copyediting Discussions panel and discuss any needed changes
• After discussing and approving the edits with the author, upload the final copyedited version to the Copyedited panel
  • Use the Upload File link to upload a new file if changes have been made after showing the author
  • Select the author's original version
  • Select the Copyeditor version if no changes were made after showing the author
• Inform the Section Editor that the copyedited files have been uploaded
