Hi Everyone and Welcome to the New Year!
Now that the semester has started, we know that it can start off with a bang. It's easy to get caught up in the frantic pace and have that dictate our approach to our work. So to counter that, we would like to give you space to reset.
Join us at Noon, February 4 for an hour of relaxation and reflection. We'll be using this time to go through a few reflective exercises, meditation, and chair yoga in an effort to reclaim the pace we would like to have in our work and lives.
