Any UIC Library employee can participate in Bingo! The goal of Bingo is to encourage the UIC Library community to try new things, socialize with colleagues, and practice self-care. This Bingo is celebration of the campus re-opening.

Rules

  • The top 3 BINGO winners will win some UIC Library swag to celebrate the re-opening!
  • We’re on the honor system here, folks.  :-)
  • Complete as many tasks as you can by the deadline.

For each task, check off its box.

  • Don’t count tasks you already completed before you received this form.
  • When you’re done, calculate the number of “bingos” you have, and write the number in the box provided. Brag to your coworkers.
  • Basic bingo rules: we count horizontal, vertical, and diagonal bingos only.
  • When you’re done, either hand it to one of your friendly Library Community Building Committee members (listed below), or scan the front of this form, and email it to Janet Swatscheno (jswatsc2@uic.edu).  Please put the word “Bingo” in the subject line.
  • Don’t forget your name!
