- MLA International Bibliography with Full TextProduced by the Modern Language Association (MLA), the electronic version of the bibliography dates back to the 1920s. The database contains millions of citations as well as full text for 1,000 journals.

- Gale Literature Criticism OnlineAn amalgam of ten databases containing literary reviews and essays written throughout all eras of the English language.
- Google ScholarSearches for scholarly materials such as peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, preprints, abstracts and technical reports from broad areas of research. It includes a variety of academic publishers, professional societies, preprint repositories and universities, as well as scholarly articles available across the web.
