• Publications policy effective date: December 18, 2024 (new and existing awards)
• Data management and sharing policy effective date: December 18, 2024 (new awards only)

AHRQ requires:

• All publications resulting from  AHRQ-funded grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and intramural research to be deposited  to PubMed Central through the NIH Manuscript Submission System (NIHMS) 
• All primary data collected by grant, contract, or intramural research to be submitted to a commercial data repository (as yet unnamed).
