Frances Drone-Silvers is a Biomedical Information Specialist for Carle Health System. She joined Carle in 2014. Her primary responsibilities are mediated literature searching and document delivery. She supports physicians, residents, nurses, and other clinical staff in patient care, research and publishing.
Drone-Silvers earned her Masters in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois in 1984. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Eastern Illinois University. She is a member of the Health Sciences Librarians of Illinois.
