Various agencies produce maps. Under the Department of the Interior, this includes the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS)Bureau of Land Management (BLM)Bureau of ReclamationUnited States National Park Service, and the Fish and Wildlife Service; the United States Forest Service under the Department of Agriculture (USDA); the United States Department of Defense, which includes the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA); the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) within the U.S. Department of Commerce; the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) under the Department of Transportation (DOT); and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)—and this list is far from comprehensive.
