Collections Documentation for UIC Liaison Librarians

Liaisons can always search in Alma to create their own reports regarding allocations and budget.

However, reports are also periodically archived and other budget planning documents can also be found in Box. The main budget documents that liaisons need are:

• Collections budget reports: amounts allocated, encumbered, and spent for all funds, archived monthly
• Detailed fund reports: detailed info about each item purchased on a fund, archived annually
