At Richard J. Daley Library, dozens of new computers with a wide range of applications were installed on new tables with ergonomic chairs on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors.  Adjustable, ADA-compliant tables were added to the the floors and group study rooms.  Twenty new laptops, also with a wide range of applications are available for students to check out at the Reserve Desk.

A silent study area on the 3rd floor was carpeted and painted and has new furniture.

Three study rooms were refurbished on the third floor; two of these were outfitted with "smart boards" to support student collaboration.

Comfortable seating areas were added to the second floor, with armchairs, sofas, and tables.
