Donate Papers

The UIC Archives is the repository for select personal papers of faculty, staff, and alumni.  In accordance with provisions of the University’s General Rules Concerning Organization and Procedure (Article VI, Section 4), the UIC Archives preserves and makes these documents available to aid in research on the institution’s history and on the development of academic disciplines. 

To be selected for inclusion in the UIC Archives, faculty, staff, or alumni must have significantly impacted the University and/or possess a national or international reputation in their field.
